Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain good relationships with clients and ensure smooth communication.
• Accurately convey client requirements, product issue descriptions, and solutions to problems within the factory, ensuring smooth bilateral communication.
• Liaise with relevant departments such as Sales, PM, R&D, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing to ensure rapid and clear communication and improve case processing efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Experience in cable/connector/mechanical design, etc.
