该职位来源于猎聘 Enable successful customer adoption of TDK AISight AR technologies by providing technical expertise, driving solution integration, and partnering with sales and engineering teams to support design-in and design-win opportunities. Based in Shenzhen (preferred) or Shanghai. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Essential Functions:

• Customer Technical Support & Demonstrations:
• Explain image and video processing pipelines and camera sensor operation principles
• Provide technical guidance to customers on Alsight camera modules, integration into smart glasses form factors.
• Support setup and optimization of on-site and remote demo environments
• Integration Testing & Validation:
• Verify interfaces between customer systems and our sensor/DSP modules
• Design and execute end-to-end (E2E) test cases across firmware, hardware, and software
• Issue Analysis & Tuning:
• Diagnose and resolve on-site issues (performance degradation, communication instability, image quality defects, etc.)
• Adjust DSP algorithm parameters, optimize FPGA logic, and tune driver/SDK settings
• Troubleshoot camera module-related issues
• Technical Documentation & Training Materials:
• Author hardware-software integration guides, developer handbooks, and FAQs
• Plan and deliver workshops and training sessions for customer engineers
• Internal Feedback Loop:
• Collect customer requirements and bug reports; collaborate with Product and R&D teams to incorporate improvements into the roadmap ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Minimum Qualifications:
• 3–7 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in design and debugging
• Familiarity with firmware and drivers in C/C++
• Embedded system development and testing experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Fluent in Mandarin; working proficiency in English
• Understanding of camera image sensor operation and ISP pipeline
• Hands-on experience with camera module hardware Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of optics and image processing (lens characteristics, color correction, noise reduction)
• Experience with data analysis and prototyping using Python
• Experience in customer technical training and consulting
• Ability to author technical documentation in English
• Experience with miniature camera systems for wearables, AR/VR, or smart glasses
