FAE Technical Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1.Provide technical support for high-performance motor drive products (PMSM vector control, 3-phase BLDC drive control, etc.), including technical consultation, on-site guidance, fault analysis and troubleshooting.

2.Develop product application solutions according to customer requirements.

Job Requirements

1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Power Electronics, Control Theory & Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation or related disciplines.

2.Proficient in operating principles of various motors, especially BLDC operation and control theory.

3.Solid technical foundation and hands-on capability; skilled with standard lab test equipment; capable of independent soldering and hardware maintenance.

4.Excellent communication & coordination skills, strong independent problem analysis and resolution capabilities
