FAI Data Entry Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Input and maintain data for FAI reports, test results, inspection checklists, and other quality records.

Ensure all data entries are accurate, complete, and consistent.

Organize and maintain quality documentation for easy retrieval and traceability.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.

Consolidate quality data and prepare reports for internal analysis.

Coordinate with Quality Inspectors, Production, and Engineering teams to ensure timely updates of inspection records.

Support document control activities in compliance with quality management system requirements.

Assist with audits and quality documentation when required.

Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements

Diploma or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related discipline.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in data entry or quality administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Basic understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO standards.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, basic formulas, and tables.

Familiarity with quality documentation such as FAI, NCR, Inspection Reports, and Quality Logs is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
