Your main role is to:

• Implementing maintenance, inspection, analysis and improvement of products.
• Implementing the training for maintenance technician.
• Leading the improvement of quality event from production line, analyzing customer complaints, and solving product issues.
• Following up for product issue and introduce improvement plan before the production of new model.
• Verification and repair fail units with basic circuit diagram and advance circuit diagram.
• Repair process through the use semi-auto or auto machine such as BGA semi-auto machine.

Who are we looking for?

• New graduates are welcomed
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
• 2-5 years experiences in electronics industry
• Familiarity with data analysis software (e.g., MATLAB, Python, Excel)
• Expertise in root cause analysis techniques (e.g., 5 Whys, Fault Tree Analysis).
• Have work experience concerned Electronics Circuit or Failure analysis.
• Good command in English both spoken and written
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and document findings clearly.
