Description ■仕事概要

先端三次元フラッシュメモリー製品のテストで判明した不良箇所の原因解明、または、テストプログラム／次世代解析手法の開発を担当していただきます。

■具体的には

テスターを用いた電気的解析により不良現象の解明および不良個所の絞り込みを行うために、信頼性評価、解析環境整備ならびにテストプログラム作成や次世代解析手法の開発を担当いただきます。

・テスターを用いた不良個所の解析

・物理解析から不良箇所の原因の特定

・特定された不良原因を対策するため、デザインやテスト、プロセスへの改善提案

・メモリテスタを用いたセル信頼性評価の実施・開発

・メモリセルの信頼性評価および特性評価

・テストプログラムの開発・改良（パターン設計、アルゴリズム最適化）

・評価データの解析・統計処理（寿命推定、トレンド分析）

・Fail Bit Mapの環境立ち上げ・不良モード分析
