About The Role - You Will

• Responsible for customer and internal quality drive failure analysis
• Responsibilities include monitoring product performance, identifying key product issues, providing technical support and guidance to team members and providing solutions for customer and internal issues
• Develop new and/or modified Failure Analysis/data analytics technique/tools, control and maintain all lab instruments in a good condition
• Communicate status of projects and progress to supervisor
• Support the organizational goals in achieving total customer satisfaction

About You

• Fast learning, able to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment
• Demonstrates initiative and the ability to learn independently
• Excellent teamwork, coachability, leadership, English communication and presentation skills
• Strong technical foundation and a passion for solving complex problems, cross‑functional teams, apply structured problem‑solving, and take ownership from analysis through execution

Your Experience Includes

• Bachelor's or Master degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or another related field
• Knowledge and understanding basic oscilloscope and PCBA schematics
• Experience in Electrical Failure Analysis and Data Analytics will be an advantage
• Must have good analytical skills
• Able to communicate in English
