About the Role

Are you passionate about developing people, strengthening capabilities, and creating learning experiences that make a meaningful impact?

We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Specialist who will help strengthen employee capabilities, support career development, and contribute to building a positive learning culture across the organization.

In this role, you will identify learning needs, design and facilitate development programs, and evaluate training effectiveness to help employees build the skills and knowledge needed to support business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Perform failure analysis according to the company test analysis standard and procedure to provide early detection of abnormality in order to prevent possible complaint and increase customer satisfaction.​

Qualifications

• College Graduate (Electronics/Instrumentation related etc)

• With at least 1 year experience in the same field,

• Product reliability through quality test, analysis

• MS Office application

• QC tools

• Good interpersonal relation, communication & negotiation skills,

• Flexible ad with sense of urgency,

• With good attention to detail,

• Can work under pressure.
