Faith-Based Events Coach

We are seeking a faith-based Events Coach to carry the transformation forward after the event floor goes quiet. This man coaches Kings through real change, holds them to a standard, and shows up with authority on stage and in the room when our experiences run.

This is a full-time, in-office role in Argyle, TX for a man of undeniable presence. If you have led men through hard things, speak with clarity and conviction in front of a room, run a tight process without being told twice, and burn to see men actually change, this role is for you.

ROLE OVERVIEW

This role is coaching first and events second.

You will support the coaching relationship with our Event and Mastermind members, guide them into the right programs and next steps for their journey, and hold the standard across all four pillars. When our experiences run, you step onto the floor as a facilitator, host, and voice from the front.

This role requires commanding presence, strong public speaking ability, disciplined process management, goal-driven follow-through, and the ability to carry a high volume of relationships without losing the personal touch that defines Rise Up Kings. You will report directly to the Director of Programs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coaching and Member Transformation

• Coach Refinery Mastermind members through calls, messages, and the RUK app
• Build authentic, purposeful relationships with Kings across the community
• Hold men accountable to their commitments across Faith, Family, Fitness, and Finance
• Guide members into clear pathways: events, support programs, coaching, and next steps in their journey
• Monitor member engagement and proactively pursue Kings who are drifting or disconnected
• Celebrate member wins and surface member stories to the broader team
• Provide app support and help members get full value from our digital tools
• Support renewal registrations and follow through to completion

Process and Program Management

• Own and improve the coaching cadence: touchpoints, follow-up rhythms, and escalation paths
• Track member progress and engagement data with accuracy and consistency
• Document and refine systems, checklists, and standard operating procedures for the coaching function
• Communicate member needs, feedback, and trends internally to strengthen our programs
• Manage a high volume of daily communication with speed, warmth, and precision

Event Support

• Serve on the floor at The Refinery, Arise Summit, and other RUK experiences
• Speak, facilitate, and host from the front when called on
• Connect event attendees into the Mastermind and ongoing programs
• Be available for occasional evenings and weekends when events require it

REQUIREMENTS

• Live as a Four Pillar man: focused and intentional on Faith, Family, Fitness, and Finance
• Full alignment with the Rise Up Kings mission and values
• Demonstrated experience speaking to and leading groups
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong Google Workspace proficiency
• Comfort with community platforms and mobile apps, or the drive to learn them quickly
• Healthy understanding of AI usage in projects
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for events
• In-office availability in Argyle, TX

No specific degree or industry background is required. We hire for character, presence, and heart, and we will train the rest.

STRONG PREFERENCE FOR

• Former military
• Former first responder (fire, law enforcement, EMS)
• Former professional or collegiate athlete
• Pastoral or ministry leadership background

We look for men who have led in high-stakes environments, carried responsibility for others, and understand what discipline costs.

THE DETAILS

This is a full-time role requiring 45 to 55 hours per week. Evenings and weekends required as needed.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
