  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a diverse, global team environment.
  • Ability to travel internationally and domestically up to 30-40% of the time.
  • Proficiency with standard computer applications, learning technologies, and internet-based tools.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience supporting Dassault aircraft or similar business aviation platforms.
  • Experience supporting commercial aircraft platforms such as Boeing 737, 777, 777X, 787 or Airbus A220, A320neo, A330neo, or A350.
  • Previous aviation training, instructional, coaching, or teaching experience.
  • Strong customer-service orientation with a commitment to delivering an exceptional learning experience.
  • Ability to adapt instructional methods to meet different learning styles and experience levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
  • Professional presence and the ability to foster a positive, inclusive, and productive learning environment.
