孩子陪伴師/ Family Coordinator

工作職責：

• 了解及照顧孩子生活和學業上的需要, 日常陪伴及教導孩子的日常行為

• 協調孩子的學校事務, 包括家校對接, 與學校老師、班主任保持日常溝通，跟進學校通知、活動安排、家長會等

• 協調孩子課外活動事務, 包括課外活動安排, 協調興趣班及接送

• 家庭作業輔導：陪伴並指導兩名孩子（8歲、7歲）完成日常功課和閱讀

• 協調家中事務，管理家庭工作團隊如菲傭、司機、保母等

• 主動與家長分享孩子的日常點滴及跟進學習進度

候選人要求:

• 性格親切溫合，細心，有耐性，有責任心，擅長溝通

• 有實際小孩養育經驗

• 良好教育背景

• 普通話流利，具備流暢的英文溝通能力（需與國際學校對接）

• 歡迎內地背景

About the role

This role involves comprehensive care and support for two children (ages 8 and 7), including daily companionship, educational guidance, and coordination of all aspects of their lives.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and care for children's daily living and academic needs, providing daily companionship and guidance on behaviour
• Coordinate school affairs including home-school liaison, maintain daily communication with school teachers and class teachers, and follow up on school notices, activity arrangements, and parent meetings
• Coordinate extracurricular activities including arranging activities, coordinating interest classes, and providing transportation
• Provide homework guidance: accompany and guide two children in completing daily homework and reading
• Coordinate household affairs and manage domestic staff team including domestic helpers, drivers, and caregivers
• Proactively share daily updates about children with parents and follow up on learning progress

About you

• Warm, kind, and gentle personality with attentiveness, patience, and sense of responsibility
• Strong communication skills
• Practical experience in raising children
• Good educational background
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese with fluent English communication ability (required for liaison with international school)
