Family Driver and Personal Assistant

Key responsibilities

• Provide reliable and safe driving services, including school runs, appointments, shopping trips, and social engagements

• Maintain and service the vehicle(s) to ensure they remain in excellent condition, including regular cleaning, maintenance scheduling, and prompt repairs

• Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, including route planning, parking, and adherence to traffic regulations

• Assist with personal errands such as shopping, banking, and vendor coordination

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times, demonstrating discretion in all matters

• Respond promptly to changing requirements and adapt to the family's evolving needs

• Ensure punctuality and reliability for all scheduled commitments

• 6-day work per week from 10:30am to 8:30pm, Monday to Saturday

What we're looking for

• Valid driving licence with a clean driving record and professional driving experience

• Proven experience as a family driver and personal assistant or in a similar household support role

• Excellent knowledge of local roads and navigation skills;

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with the capacity to manage competing priorities

• The ideal candidate is polite and patient, with strong communication skills.

• High level of discretion and integrity; ability to maintain strict confidentiality

• Flexibility and willingness to accommodate varying schedules and ad-hoc requests

• Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to addressing household needs

• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety protocols

• References from previous employers demonstrating reliability and trustworthiness
