Family Driver

Family Driver (for Family-Owned Company)

The Family Driver shall be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services to family members of a family-owned company. The role includes both household-related transport duties and occasional support for company-related errands as directed. The Family Driver shall ensure that the assigned vehicle is maintained in optimal condition at all times, with safety as the highest priority.

Specific Responsibilities:

Safely transports family members to and from homes, offices, schools, meetings, and other specified locations in a timely manner.

Provides transportation support to the family-owned company as required, including delivery or collection of documents, packages, or materials.

Assists with loading and unloading luggage, personal items, company materials, and household goods.

Plans and adjusts travel routes to avoid traffic congestion, road construction, or delays.

Informs the family or company management of any traffic tickets or violations incurred while driving the assigned vehicle.

Ensures the vehicle is parked only in permitted areas to avoid fines or towing.

Keeps the vehicle clean, presentable, and well-maintained through regular washing, cleaning, and routine inspections.

Maintains accurate records of vehicle usage, travel time, and destinations when required for family or company purposes.

Reports any accidents, injuries, or vehicle damage immediately to the family and/or company management.

Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned to support family or company operations.
