Family Driver

About the role

The Family Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and timely transportation for the employer and family members. The position includes maintaining the cleanliness and good condition of the assigned vehicle, following traffic regulations, and ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers at all times.

Key responsibilities

• Safely transport the employer and family members to their destinations, including work, school, appointments, and personal errands
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition
• Perform daily vehicle inspections, including checking fuel, oil, tires, brakes, lights, and other essential components
• Follow traffic laws and observe safe driving practices at all times
• Plan routes to ensure timely arrival and avoid unnecessary delays
• Assist with carrying groceries, luggage, and other items when necessary
• Perform errands as instructed by the employer
• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules, registration, insurance, and other necessary documents
• Maintain confidentiality regarding the employer's family, personal activities, and private information
• Report any vehicle damage, accidents, traffic violations, or mechanical problems immediately

About you

• Must possess a valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle being driven
• Previous experience as a family, personal, or company driver preferred
• Knowledgeable about local roads, traffic rules, and navigation applications
• Honest, trustworthy, punctual, and responsible
• Physically fit and capable of assisting with light errands
• Must have a good driving record and a safety-conscious attitude
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays when required and agreed upon
• Safe and defensive driving
• Time management and punctuality
• Good communication skills
