Position Overview:
PMCM is seeking a compassionate and mission-driven Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for providers seeking a meaningful moonlighting opportunity to serve those in need while helping extend clinic availability and improve patient access to care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care to adult patients with acute and chronic health conditions.
• Collaborate closely with the clinic’s medical staff, nursing team, and administrative personnel to ensure seamless and coordinated care.
• Document patient encounters thoroughly and accurately in the electronic health record system.
• Maintain a commitment to PMCM’s mission, values, and Christ-centered approach to care.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive and respectful work environment.

Qualifications:

• Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Texas.
• Current DEA license and BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1 year clinical experience preferred, but new graduates with strong mission alignment are welcome to apply.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Alignment with PMCM’s Christian mission and a heart for serving underserved populations.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $42.00 - $50.00 per hour
