Family Personal Assistant

We are a warm and welcoming family looking for a caring, reliable, and proactive Family Personal Assistant & Household Manager to support our daily life. This is a long-term, trusted role for someone who enjoys cooking meal planning, being around children, takes pride in running an organized home, and is happy to be hands-on—from planning meals to engaging with the kids.

You will become an important part of our household, helping everything run smoothly and positively.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the family, ensuring a well-organized and harmonious household.

• Manage household schedules and coordinate closely with domestic staff and the driver.

• Handle household administration, including shopping, running errands, paying bills, and keeping supplies well stocked.

• Go out for grocery shopping and household purchases as needed.

• Plan and prepare healthy, balanced meals for the family on a daily basis.

• Spend time with the children through engaging activities, including thinking games and interactive play that support their development.

• Organize and manage children’s schedules, including school, activities, and playtime.

• Coordinate school communications, extracurricular activities, and logistics such as pick-ups and drop-offs.

• Oversee household maintenance, repairs, and service appointments.

• Arrange travel plans, including flights, hotels, and visas.

• Assist in planning family gatherings, events, and special occasions.

• Help with ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Skills & Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience (Family PA, Household Manager, or similar role).

• Genuine love for working with children and supporting their growth and development.

• Enjoys cooking and has a good understanding of healthy meal planning.

• Well-organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks with care and attention to detail.

• Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful of family privacy.

• Positive, flexible, and easy to work with.

• Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written).

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing.

• Available to work 4 days per week, with flexibility for occasional weekends or public holidays when needed.

• Immediate availability is a plus.
