What they need

Mayday Recruitment is partnering with one of Australia’s largest and most respected funeral and memorial park groups to find a Family Service Advisor to join their Nerang team.

This is a rewarding sales and relationship-focused role, supporting families to make important decisions around burial and cremation services. You’ll work with warm, allocated leads, meaning there is no cold calling or cold business development.

About the Role

As a Family Service Advisor, you will:

  • Follow up allocated leads, book appointments and build relationships with families
  • Conduct personalised tours and present burial, cremation and memorial options
  • Guide families through products, services, pricing and agreements
  • Confidently close sales and work towards monthly targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and complete administration, invoicing and site research
  • Support funeral, burial and cremation services when required
  • Build connections within the local community and represent the organisation professionally

  • Confidence presenting and selling products or services
  • The ability to work towards and achieve sales targets
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation
  • Comfort working with grief, loss and sensitive family circumstances
  • A current unrestricted driver's licence

Funeral industry experience is advantageous, but personality, empathy and relationship-building ability are key.

What's on Offer?

  • Competitive salary + uncapped monthly incentives
  • Warm, allocated leads — no cold calling
  • Structured training and buddy support
  • Monday to Friday, generally 8:30am–5:00pm
  • Rotating weekend and on-call coverage
