We’re growing an ambitious, people-focused family law team and want a solicitor who can bring expertise, care and ideas.

You’ll manage a varied caseload, support clients through challenging moments and help shape how the team works. It’s a chance to make a visible contribution, develop your career and grow with the business.

We expect this role to suit someone with solid family law experience, often around 6–8 years’ PQE. If you have less experience but are ready to take the next step, we’d like to hear from you and would welcome to get to know you.

What you’ll bring

· Experience in private family law, including children matters.

· Strong client-care skills and sound legal judgement.

· A collaborative approach and interest in helping a team develop.

· Experience in domestic abuse, financial proceedings, Legal Aid or advocacy is an advantage.

A straightforward two-stage process

First, a relaxed e-coffee conversation. Then, an in-person meeting with the team to discuss the role in more detail.

Salary: [£50,000 - £65,000] Office HQ, Watford

Pay: £50,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
