Family Support Coordinator

We specialize in early intervention and case management services that empower families to thrive. Our team is growing—and we’re looking for a full-time compassionate, organized, and proactive Family Support Coordinator to join our mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for families navigating early intervention services
• Coordinate and monitor individualized family support plans
• Facilitate meetings, schedule services, and track progress
• Advocate for family needs with empathy and professionalism
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with program standards
• Collaborate with service providers, educators, and community partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, Early Childhood, Human Services, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in case management, early intervention, or family support services preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for helping families grow and succeed

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
