Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced F&B Operations Supervisor to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of multiple F&B outlets across our different brands in Dubai. The role involves ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining consistent service and quality standards, driving sales performance, and managing teams across locations to support business growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong multi-outlet management experience, a commercial mindset, and the ability to maintain operational excellence across different F&B concepts.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple F&B outlets across different brands, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor outlet performance, service quality, and compliance with company standards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Ensure consistency in service delivery, food quality, hygiene, and customer experience across all outlets.
• Monitor sales performance and take ownership of revenue targets across locations.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales, improve profitability, and enhance overall business performance.
• Manage relationships with food delivery aggregators and external partners to increase sales and market reach.
• Train, guide, and supervise outlet teams to ensure high service standards and operational efficiency.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels and effective workforce planning across all locations.
• Monitor inventory, stock control, wastage, and procurement processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure product quality and timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to support promotions, brand visibility, and sales growth across different F&B brands.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular reports on outlet performance, sales, operational challenges, and key performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Coordinate with management and internal teams to ensure smooth operations across all outlets.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in F&B operations management, preferably overseeing multiple outlets or brands.
• Proven experience managing restaurant operations, outlet teams, and day-to-day business activities across multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of F&B operations, SOP implementation, quality control, and food safety standards.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales, achieve revenue targets, control costs, and improve profitability.
• Experience with inventory management, supplier coordination, workforce planning, and food delivery aggregator platforms.
• Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to travel between outlets and manage multiple locations effectively.

Pay: From AED9,000.00 per month
