Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated F&A Trainee to join our US Accounting team. This

role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to build a career in US Accounting,

Bookkeeping, and Financial Reporting. The trainee will work closely with senior

accountants and gain exposure to accounting processes for US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in bookkeeping and accounting for US-based clients.
• Record financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.
• Work on month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain and organize financial documents and working papers.
• Support tax preparation and compliance-related activities.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting data.
• Collaborate with team members to meet client deadlines.

Requirements

• B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn US Accounting concepts and processes.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero, or other accounting software.
• Understanding of US Accounting and bookkeeping concepts.
• Internship or project experience in accounting will be an added advantage.
