F&B Analyst (Project Management Officer)

About the role

Support the Director in coordinating pre-opening activities for new brands/outlets, managing project timelines, and liaising across multiple teams including Brand, Operation, Kitchen, Purchasing, and Marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Director in coordinating pre-opening activities for new brands/outlets
• Coordinate with Brand, Operation, Kitchen, Purchasing, Marketing, and other related teams
• Prepare and follow up meeting schedules, minutes of meeting, and action items
• Monitor project timelines, task progress, and pre-opening requirements
• Collect, organize, and update operational and project-related data
• Prepare simple reports, presentations, and progress updates for management
• Follow up pending tasks with related teams and ensure deadlines are met
• Maintain documents, data, and administrative records related to brand development and pre-opening projects
• Assist the Director in daily coordination and other administrative tasks related to F&B projects
• Conduct basic data checking and analysis to support management decision-making

About you

• Minimum D3/S1
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Experience in administration, project administration, coordination, or F&B is a plus
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Detail-oriented, organized, and good at following up tasks
• Able to coordinate with multiple teams and manage deadlines
• Willing to work in a fast-paced F&B environment
• Strong willingness to learn and comfortable working with data and documentation
