• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen stations, and service equipment
• Follow food safety protocols diligently to uphold hygiene standards and prevent contamination
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to deliver timely service without compromising quality
• Support the team with basic kitchen tasks such as plating, garnishing, or restocking supplies as needed

Skills

• Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings, with a strong focus on guest services
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling of food and beverages
• Ability to perform food preparation tasks with attention to detail and cleanliness
• Basic math skills for handling transactions, measuring ingredients, or managing inventory
• Previous kitchen or culinary experience is highly desirable
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and guest interactions
