F&B ASSISTANT

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Café and Restaurant Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting daily café and restaurant operations, contributing to our company's positive image and reputation. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to assist with various events, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in all daily café and restaurant activities, including food preparation, serving customers, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Develop and maintain a positive attitude, representing the company's product and reputation with excellence.
• Support in organizing and executing events, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Perform any other work-related tasks as assigned by the management team.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualifications of SPM, Diploma, or Professional Certificate in any field.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills, hardworking attitude, and a team player.
• Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, and deliver results.
• Committed to providing exceptional customer service.
