F&B Assistant

Location: Hotel Emas, Tawau Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Previous experience in food and beverage service or the hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, polite and customer-oriented.
• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with seating arrangements.
• Take food and beverage orders and serve guests professionally.
• Prepare and arrange tables before and after service.
• Assist with food and beverage preparation and setup.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and service areas.
• Ensure guests' needs are attended to promptly.
• Assist with buffet setup, replenishment and clearing when required.
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
• Follow hotel service standards and food safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
