Food & Beverage Crew Member – Full Time & Part-Time

At Moxy Dublin Docklands, we’re looking for Food & Beverage Crew Members who brings personality, pace, and great service to every shift. If you enjoy creating a lively atmosphere, connecting with guests, and working as part of a dynamic team, this could be the role for you.

What You’ll Do

• Serve drinks, snacks, and light food items with confidence and personality.
• Prepare and present menu items to brand and service standards.
• Keep the bar, lounge, and grab-and-go areas clean, fully stocked, and ready for service.
• Engage with guests in a warm, friendly, and authentic way that reflects the Moxy brand.
• Help create a fun, vibrant atmosphere while delivering efficient and professional service.
• Support upselling opportunities and promote Marriott Bonvoy where appropriate.
• Work closely with the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day F&B operations.

Health & Safety Responsibilities

• Follow all food safety, hygiene, allergen, and health & safety procedures.
• Complete cleaning schedules, temperature logs, and other compliance records accurately.
• Handle food and beverages safely and in line with hotel procedures.
• Report any hazards, breakages, or concerns promptly to management.
• Support a safe working environment for both guests and team members.

Customer Care Focus

• Deliver warm, engaging, and efficient service at all times.
• Anticipate guest needs and take pride in creating memorable experiences.
• Respond to guest queries and concerns in a professional and positive manner.
• Ensure service remains consistent across busy and quieter periods alike.
• Represent the hotel positively through every guest interaction.

SOP Compliance & Service Standards

• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) relevant to the F&B operation.
• Maintain consistency in service delivery, product presentation, and cleanliness.
• Support the team in maintaining high operational standards at all times.
• Take on feedback positively and contribute ideas to improve service and efficiency.

Brand Standards & Flexibility

• Uphold Marriott and Moxy brand standards in all aspects of the role.
• Be flexible and willing to support different areas of the hotel when required.
• Adapt to the fast-paced nature of hospitality with a positive, hands-on approach.
• Contribute to a team culture that is energetic, supportive, and guest-focused.

Communication

• Maintain clear communication with colleagues and managers throughout each shift.
• Participate in shift briefings and stay informed on menu items, promotions, and service updates.
• Communicate guest feedback, maintenance issues, and operational concerns appropriately.
• Work collaboratively with front office and other departments to support the guest journey.

What You Bring

• A passion for hospitality, food, and beverage.
• A friendly, confident, and approachable personality.
• The ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
• Good attention to detail and a strong team ethic.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including mornings from 6 am, weekends, and public holidays.
• Previous food and beverage experience is preferred, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
