Food and Beverage Assistant

Job description

This hotel is situated in the heart of the town centre and is part of a well-established group, it boasts 123 bedrooms along with a bar, dining areas and conference facilities attracting both business and leisure-based guests.

We are seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our hardworking team here at the hotel. This person will be primarily working in our Lounge bar and Restaurant. This is based on a casual agreement.

Responsibilities-

• You will be responsible for providing food and drink with excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner.

• Working behind our bar and serving guest

• Following our H&S practice

-Keeping our bar area stocked up.

• Following our cleaning procedures.

• Working a range of our service of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

• Serving conference and functions

Skills and qualifications-

• Organisation skills

• Communication skills

• Time Management

• Problem Solving

• Enthusiastic

• Flexible as working hours will vary from day, Evening and weekends shifts.

Experience in similar role is preferable.
