F&B Assistant Manager

About the role

F&B Assistant Manager serving as the Person-in-Charge (PIC) for the outlet during operating hours at PETRONAS Twin Towers, KLCC. You will oversee daily F&B operations and ensure smooth service throughout the day.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the Person-in-Charge (PIC) for the outlet during operating hours
• Oversee daily F&B operations and ensure smooth service throughout the day
• Supervise service crew and assign duties according to operational requirements
• Handle cashiering, POS transactions, customer payments and daily cash reconciliation
• Manage customer service and resolve day-to-day operational issues
• Ensure food and beverage preparation, service quality, cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained
• Coordinate stock receiving, replenishment and basic inventory control
• Ensure staff comply with company SOPs, building access requirements, security procedures and workplace safety requirements
• Conduct opening and closing checks and report significant operational issues to management
• Coordinate with suppliers, building management and management where required

About you

• Malaysian Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR)
• Prior F&B supervisory or management experience preferred
• Able to independently manage a small outlet and team
• Comfortable with cashiering, POS and basic cash reconciliation
• Responsible, organised and customer-focused
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays where required
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
