F&B Assistant Manager

About the Employer:
Be part of a dynamic F&B team specializing in Mediterranean-Japanese cuisine in a casual yet refined dining setting. We are looking for motivated and service-oriented F&B Assistant Manager with strong leadership and communication skills to support daily operations, lead the team and deliver great dining experience to our guests.

Job Responsibilities

Support the F&B Manager in overseeing daily F&B operations.

Supervise and coordinate the service team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Provide excellent customer service and handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally.

Assist with staff scheduling, attendance and manpower planning.

Train and guide service staff on service standards, menu knowledge and operational procedures.

Monitor cleanliness, presentation and overall service standards.

Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service.

Assist with inventory control, stock ordering and operational supplies.

Support opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and daily operational reporting when required.

Ensure compliance with food hygiene, workplace safety and company policies.

Assist management with other operational duties as required.

Requirements

Relevant experience in F&B operations, preferably in a supervisory or management role.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Good leadership and team management skills.

Proactive and able to handle day-to-day operational matters independently.

Able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment.

Able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays according to roster.
