Job Description

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused F&B professionals to join our restaurant team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent guest service while maintaining restaurant standards and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Have thorough knowledge of food & beverage menus, ingredients, preparations, and presentation standards.
• Take and process guest orders accurately through the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages as per restaurant standards and ensure timely service.
• Recommend menu items and suggest additional products to enhance the guest experience and drive upselling.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and efficiently to requests.
• Communicate orders and special instructions clearly to the kitchen team, including VIP requirements.
• Set up and maintain the assigned workstation before and during service.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, organization, and overall presentation of the restaurant at all times.
• Check order dockets and bills for accuracy before presenting them to guests.
• Process payments and assist with shift closing, including cash and card settlement.
• Complete closing duties such as restocking, cleaning, and preparing closing reports.
• Ensure proper functioning of service equipment and report maintenance requirements.
• Follow all brand standards, SOPs, and food safety practices.
• Maintain a professional and pleasant rapport with guests and colleagues.
• Assist in training and guiding junior team members when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
