F&B Associate – Job Description

• Provide courteous and efficient food and beverage service to guests.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure timely service.
• Assist with restaurant, banquet, and buffet setup and operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper presentation of the outlet.
• Handle guest requests professionally and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow hotel SOPs, service standards, and food safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
• Support the team in maintaining high standards of service and hospitality.

Skills & Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
• Team player with willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous F&B experience will be an advantage.

Experience:

Minimum fresher, maximum 1-2 yrs of experince in F & B Service department .

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
