F&B Associate

Job Summary

F&B Associate is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests while maintaining high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and food safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and process them efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages according to established service standards.
• Set up, clear, and maintain tables, dining areas, and service stations.
• Handle guest requests, questions, and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the outlet.
• Follow food safety, health, and sanitation procedures.
• Operate POS systems and handle billing/payment transactions accurately.
• Check stock levels and assist with replenishment when required.
• Support opening and closing duties of the outlet.
• Promote menu items, special offers, and additional products when appropriate.
• Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety procedures.
• Requirements High school/diploma qualification preferred.
• Previous experience in food & beverage or hospitality is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good grooming and professional appearance.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,978.13 per month
