F&B Associate

An F&B (Food and Beverage) Associate handles guest service, takes orders, serves food and drinks, and keeps dining areas clean in hotels, restaurants, or cafes.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet Guests: Welcome customers warmly, present menus, and guide them to tables.
• Take Orders: Answer questions about menu items, make recommendations, and write down food and drink orders accurately.
• Serve Orders: Bring food and beverages to tables in a timely way. Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Clear dirty dishes, wipe down tables, and keep the dining room tidy.
• Handle Payments: Process cash or card payments and give receipts.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or a hotel management degree/diploma.
• Good communication and friendly customer service skills.
