F&B Associate

·         Greet customers and hand out menus.

·         Taking orders/bookings.

·         Serving food and drinks.

·         Setting up service areas/tables.

·         Cleaning tables.

·         Stocking service area.

·         Handling billing and payments.

·         Ensure the guest feel welcome, comfortable and well attended to at all the times.

·         Serve customers in a professional, efficient and courteous manner.

·         You will also be responsible to run the drinks preparation section of the kitchen.

·         Ensuring the food order is made correctly by Kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests.

·         Handling guests requests.

·         Answering phone calls.

·         Dealing with guest complaints.

·         Ensures that the workplace remains safe, clean and tidy.

·         Keep tables clean and tidy at all the times.

·         Maintains standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
