F&B Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
• Assist in food preparation, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and proper handling techniques.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a fine dining setting, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Support banquet operations by setting up, serving, and breaking down events as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including dining spaces and food preparation areas.
• Handle catering requests with attention to detail, ensuring all dietary needs are accommodated.
• Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience, providing recommendations and addressing any concerns.

Requirements

• Previous experience in fine dining or restaurant settings is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Experience in serving, food preparation, catering, or banquet operations is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential.
• Familiarity with dietary aide responsibilities is a plus.
• Barista experience is an advantage for roles involving beverage service.
