F&B Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.
• Set up and clear tables, dining areas, and service stations.
• Explain menu items and make recommendations to guests when required.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle basic guest requests or complaints professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure timely service.
• Process bills and payments accurately, when required.
• Replenish supplies such as cutlery, napkins, glassware, and condiments.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Follow company policies, grooming standards, and service procedures.
• Support colleagues and supervisors during busy periods and special events.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
