F&B Associate

Rebel Bakehouse is looking for a Food and Beverage Associate for Quezon City, Manila branch with the following responsibilities:

1. Multi-Location & Station Rotations

• Location Rotation: Work flexibly across assigned locations, including the main commissary store, pop-up locations, and external event venues.
• Station Rotation: Shift seamlessly between cashiering, barista bar, pastry service, dining area, order dispatch, and event support based on daily store needs.
• Event Logistics: Assist with setup (ingress) and teardown (egress) of pop-up booths, kiosks, and mobile beverage equipment.
• Transport & Inventory: Secure, track, and account for all stock, packaging, and tools transported between the commissary and event sites.

2. Barista & Beverage Operations

• Prepare coffee and specialty beverages with speed, consistency, and high quality.
• Calibrate espresso grinders, monitor extraction, and maintain brewing equipment across both fixed and mobile setups.
• Restock bar supplies efficiently and track station inventory and waste.

3. Guest Service & Dining

• Offer warm, attentive hospitality, explain menu options, and confidently make recommendations.
• Serve drinks and pastries promptly to maintain smooth speed-of-service during peak retail or event hours.
• Handle customer inquiries and minor concerns professionally, escalating major issues to supervisors.
• Greet guests, deliver orders, clear and sanitize tables, and keep dining areas clean.

4. Pastry, Dispatch & Commissary Support

• Maintain fresh, visually appealing pastry displays with accurate labels.
• Pack, seal, and label baked goods for retail sales, store replenishment, or event distribution.
• Accurately assemble and release take-out, delivery, and distribution orders.

5. Cashiering, Uniform & Cleanliness

• Process cash, card, and e-wallet transactions accurately using POS or mobile registers.
• Balance cash drawers and follow strict cash security protocols (including two-person counts).
• Comply with the company uniform color-coding schedule, grooming policies, and hygiene standards.
• Keep all workstations, pop-up booths, and equipment clean, sanitized, and well-organized, adhering to FIFO stock rotation.

Job Requirements

• Location Rotation: Must be fully willing to rotate work locations regularly (commissary, pop-ups, and off-site events).
• Mobility: Ability to travel to various event venues within Metro Manila.
• Adaptability: High comfort level switching between routine store operations and fast-paced event booth environments.
• Skills: Strong communication, basic math/cash handling, and physical stamina for setup and event shifts.
