F&B Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, and beverages to patients and hospital staff as per the prescribed schedule.
• Distribute meals according to patient diet charts and instructions from the dietary department.
• Verify patient names, room numbers, and prescribed diets before serving meals.
• Follow instructions regarding special diets, including diabetic, low-salt, liquid, and other therapeutic diets.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of food trolleys, trays, crockery, cutlery, and service areas.
• Follow hand hygiene, personal grooming, and food safety standards.
• Collect used trays, crockery, and utensils after meals and ensure proper cleaning.
• Report patient complaints, food quality issues, and service delays to the supervisor.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, nursing staff, and dietary department for smooth meal service.
• Handle food and beverages carefully to prevent contamination and spillage.
• Follow hospital infection-control procedures and waste disposal guidelines.
• Maintain courteous and professional behaviour with patients, visitors, and hospital staff.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
