F&B Associate

Job Summary

The F&B Service Associate is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests in restaurants, bars, banquets, room service, and other hotel dining outlets. The role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and ensuring guest satisfaction in accordance with hotel service standards.

Guest Service

• Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables, where required.
• Present menus and explain food and beverage options.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages according to hotel service standards.
• Check guest satisfaction during meals and respond promptly to requests.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and inform the supervisor when necessary.
• Present bills and process payments according to hotel procedures.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
