F&B Attendant

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional F&B Attendant to join the SOHO GROUP CO., LTD. team in the Bangkok Metropolitan Region. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As an F&B Attendant, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring that every guest receives outstanding service and hospitality. Your attention to detail, warm demeanour, and commitment to excellence will directly contribute to guest satisfaction and the success of our food and beverage operations.

What you'll be doing

Greeting guests warmly and seating them at appropriate tables in accordance with reservations and establishment protocols

• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, with comprehensive knowledge of menu items and specials
• Serving food and beverages in a timely and professional manner, adhering to proper serving techniques and standards
• Clearing tables promptly and maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout the dining area
• Processing payments using point-of-sale systems and handling cash or card transactions accurately
• Responding promptly to guest requests and addressing any concerns or complaints with professionalism and tact
• Maintaining knowledge of allergen information and dietary requirements to assist guests appropriately
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery
• Setting tables correctly before service, ensuring all necessary cutlery, glassware and napery are in place
• Restocking supplies and assisting with general housekeeping duties throughout the shift
• Following all food hygiene, health and safety regulations consistently

What we're looking for

• Previous experience working as a waiter, waitress or F&B attendant in a hospitality setting is essential
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with guests and colleagues
• Excellent organisational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tables efficiently during busy service periods
• Physical fitness and stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food and beverages
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, particularly during peak dining hours
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other hospitality technology is advantageous
• A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
• Flexibility with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
• Knowledge of food and beverage service protocols and etiquette
• Fluent in English and Thai (both written and spoken).
