Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Provide polite, efficient, and timely F&B service. Promptly clear and break down room service trays and corridors as needed.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a complete understanding of all food and beverage menus, as well as general hotel facilities and services, to assist guests accurately.
• Operations & POS: Operate Point of Sale (POS) equipment accurately, maintain station cleanliness, and preserve guest privacy and room security.
• Teamwork & Compliance: Collaborate across departments, check out with supervisors before leaving the floor, and follow all safety protocols, SOPs, and reasonable managerial requests.
