We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and service-oriented individuals to join our Bar Training Program. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are interested in the hospitality industry and want to develop practical skills in professional bar operations.

As a Bar Trainee, you will work alongside our experienced bar team and gain hands-on experience in beverage preparation, bar service, guest interaction, and daily bar operations. You will be trained to follow professional service standards while maintaining cleanliness, efficiency, and a high level of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the bar team with daily operations and beverage service.
• Learn and prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and established standards.
• Prepare ingredients, garnishes, glassware, and bar equipment before and during service.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene throughout the bar area.
• Properly handle and maintain bar tools, equipment, and glassware.
• Assist with stock preparation, inventory checking, storage, and replenishment.
• Support the team during busy service periods to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to guests.
• Follow proper hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and senior bar team members.
• Work collaboratively with the bar and service teams.
• Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn throughout the training.
