F&B - Bartender & Service Crew

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled F&B - Bartender & Service Crew to join our dynamic team at The Organic Winery. This is a full-time position based in City Hall, Central Region, where you will be at the heart of our hospitality operations. As a Bartender & Service Crew member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences whilst maintaining the highest standards of service quality. You will work in a vibrant environment where craft beverages, organic wines, and warm hospitality converge to create memorable moments for our guests.

What you'll be doing

Bartender :-

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
• Prepare cocktails, wines, beers, spirits, and other beverages.
• Provide recommendations on drinks and wine based on customers’ preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, equipment, and glassware.
• Check and replenish bar stock, garnishes, and supplies.
• Monitor inventory and inform the manager of low-stock items.
• Ensure responsible service of alcohol and comply with company policies.
• Handle bar opening and closing duties.
• Provide friendly and professional service to customers.
• Work closely with the restaurant team to provide efficient service.

Service Crew:-

• Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately.

• Recommend food, wine, and beverages to customers when required.

• Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure a good dining experience.

• Set up and clear tables, maintain cleanliness of the dining area, and ensure proper table presentation.

• Assist with restaurant opening and closing duties.

• Replenish service items, cutlery, and other supplies.

• Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth operations.

• Handle customer enquiries and requests professionally.

• Assist with other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in F&B, Service Crew, or Bartender roles is preferred.
• Candidates with Service Crew experience and an interest in bartending will have an advantage.
• Bartending experience or basic knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
