WE’RE HIRING | FEMALE - BDE/SALES - F&B

We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven Female Sales professional to join our hotel team and drive business across multiple revenue segments.

Position: F&B Sales Executive / Sales Manager

Location: UAE

Key Responsibilities

Develop business through OTA & travel agent partnerships

Generate bulk room bookings and group business

Drive corporate events, business lunches & dinners

Generate leads for banquets, meetings, conferences & social events

Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, DMCs and event planners

Promote hotel restaurants, banquet facilities, catering and event packages

Negotiate rates and packages and convert enquiries into confirmed business

Achieve monthly and annual revenue & sales targets

Identify new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline

Coordinate with Reservations, Front Office, F&B, Banquets and Operations teams for smooth execution

We’re Looking For

Experience in hotel sales / F&B sales

Strong corporate, travel trade and event-sales network

Experience handling groups and bulk bookings

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong business-development and relationship-management abilities

Target-oriented, proactive and commercially focused

UAE hospitality experience is an advantage

Pay: Up to AED9,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
