We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and service-oriented F&B Captain with Bar Experience to lead our restaurant floor operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Location: Kochi
Position: F&B Captain (Bar Experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the restaurant service team during daily operations.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and a memorable dining experience.
• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and bar for smooth service.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming, and service quality.
• Train, motivate, and guide stewards and service staff.
• Monitor table setup, service flow, and restaurant cleanliness.
• Support beverage sales and upselling initiatives to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as an F&B Captain, preferably in a restobar or bar environment.
• Hands-on experience in bar operations and beverage service.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Good knowledge of food & beverage service standards, cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant operations.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality.
