Key Responsibilities

• Oversee F&B control operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Handle legal and statutory compliance matters relevant to restaurant operations.
• Lead, guide, and manage the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimisation, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement innovative ideas and strategies to enhance business performance.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve operational and compliance-related issues.
• Ensure proper documentation, timely renewals, and compliance with applicable regulations.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of legal and statutory compliance related to the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Experience in BMC coordination and liaisoning with government authorities.
• Excellent team leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to develop innovative solutions and implement new ideas.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and decision-making abilities.
• Proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
