F&B Cost Controller

We are looking for an experienced F&B Cost Controller to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring food and beverage costs, inventory, purchasing, wastage, and cost variances to ensure effective cost control across our F&B operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control food and beverage costs.
• Conduct regular inventory and stock counts.
• Prepare and analyze food cost and beverage cost reports.
• Monitor actual vs. theoretical food costs and investigate variances.
• Review purchase orders, receiving reports, invoices, and stock movements.
• Monitor food wastage, spoilage, portion control, and stock discrepancies.
• Conduct recipe and menu costing.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Purchasing, Stores, and Operations teams.
• Monitor supplier price variations and their impact on food costs.
• Prepare monthly cost control reports and provide recommendations to management.
• Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO procedures are followed.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining quality and operational standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant F&B Cost Control experience, preferably within restaurants or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock reconciliation, and food cost calculations.
• Experience with POS and inventory/accounting systems.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and reporting skills.
• UAE hospitality experience is preferred.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
