About the role

The Food & Beverage Crew is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. This role supports the smooth daily operation of the outlet while ensuring customers have a positive dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and portioning meet company requirements
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and workstations
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times
• Restock ingredients, supplies, and packaging materials when needed
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints professionally
• Work closely with team members to ensure efficient daily operations
