About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated F&B Crew members in the Central Region. This is a full-time position where you will be an integral part of our food and beverage operations, working in a fast-paced kitchen and food preparation environment. You will support the delivery of exceptional food service and maintain the highest standards of quality, hygiene and customer satisfaction. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and eager to develop their culinary and service skills in a dynamic team setting.

Key responsibilities

• Preparing, cooking and assembling food items to established recipes and standards
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised kitchen workspace at all times
• Following all food safety and hygiene protocols, including proper food handling and storage procedures
• Assisting with food preparation tasks
• Supporting the smooth operation of kitchen services during peak service times
• Responding promptly to customer requests and ensuring timely food delivery
• Communicating effectively with team members to coordinate workflow and service
• Monitoring stock levels and reporting when supplies need replenishment
• Assisting with opening and closing duties as required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience working in a kitchen, food preparation, or F&B service environment is advantageous
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Reliability and punctuality
• Flexibility with working hours, including potential weekend and evening shifts
