Jobs Description

Kitchen Crew Role

• Execute daily kitchen operations following SOP
• Ensure smooth workflow and coordination between stations
• Maintain fast and consistent food production
• Ensure all food meets brand standards & SOP
• Maintain consistency in taste, portion, and presentation
• Conduct daily quality check
• Ensure food is served within target timing
• Identify and report  bottlenecks in kitchen flow
• Control wastage, stock usage, and portioning
• Monitor daily inventory & ordering
• Ensure kitchen complies with Brands Hygiene Standard
• Maintain cleanliness and proper food handling
• Ensure personal grooming is up to company standards

Service Crew Role

• Execute daily FOH operations

• Ensure smooth workflow and coordination between stations

• Maintain fast and consistent food services

• Ensure all drinks & dessert meets brand standards & SOP

• Maintain consistency in taste, portion, and presentation

• Conduct daily quality check

• Ensure food and drinks  is served within target timing

• Identify and report bottlenecks in kitchen flow

• Control wastage, stock usage, and portioning

• Monitor daily inventory & ordering

• Ensure bar and serving area complies with Brands Hygiene Standard

• Maintain cleanliness and proper food handling

• Ensure personal grooming is up to Company standards
